To this day I fail to understand the reason why do Americans insist on playing with english voice acting when the original one is available.
This game has a decent cast of Japanese professional voice actors.
But its not a "good" game though, it is decent, with a good amount of content and a bad storyline.

I've always tolerated dubs. Some are good, some are bad. Whoever did Lymle's voice in the English dub can go die a bag of dicks. The absolute worst thing I've ever heard. I got to the point where I muted the audio whenever Lymle spoke.
