Which one has more games coming in 2016? 3DS or Vita?

Probably Vita since it gets PC and PS4 multiplats, but Danganronpa 3 and Stranger of Sword City are the only games I plan on buying. I love RPGs but the Vita has a really poor selection quality wise. I'll get a lot more playtime out of my 3DS with Fire Emblem, Bravely Second, Shin Megami Tensei, and whatever else comes out.

They have had a GE trademark for 11 months or so now, and they just registered another one a few days ago.

Amazon has the PSTV bundle with an 8GB memory card, a PS3 controller, and a lego game for $59.99 right now. Definitely worth that price.
Vita will be getting more in the long run, but the 3DS has the most titles I'm interested in, especially considering we're finally getting Dragon Quest VII and VIII, Bravely Second, Final Fantasy Explorers, and Fire Emblem, as well as any other games from companies like Atlus, Capcom (maybe MHX), and such.
Still hoping that memory card prices drop sometime or that some 3rd party one comes along, will make playing my Vita more enjoyable.
At the moment, 3DS only has three games coming in 2016 that I care about: PXZ2, Fire Emblem, and Bravely Second.
That's three more games than the Vita, but if God Eater is seriously coming over than that changes things.

The 3DS has been dead for a while, really. I think only SMT Final is coming, but its quite literally an expansion to an already finished plot with the same assets. Oddly enough, it looks even more budget.

Well all of them conform to the Vita, as the Vita is the limiting platform. I don't mind them being on other consoles, as I'm not paying home console game prices, nor am I getting a console quality game. In the end, those who choose to play it on a console are the ones paying premium for portable titles.
In contrast, the 3DS has more budget titles than the PSP had, which is weird to be quite honest.

C'mon anon, this is Atlus; reused assets are part of the charm of their games. The only improvement that I've seen from a technical standpoint so far is the addition of 3D bosses, which is kinda disappointing.
