I don't know, he's not broken but I demolished my main's All Star high score literally the first time I ever used Cloud and can't beat it with said main.

All Star is Smash Attack Spam: The Game Mode. Cloud has good smashes for that, so unless your main is just as good it makes sense he would rock at it.

For now. Once the nerfs roll in from all the whining shitters being catered to, I wouldn't be surprised if he ends up worse than Little Mac by the end of the game's life span.
