You can play CS:GO at max at 45 FPS according to the graphics card.
Just look up the graphics card nomenclature onto google and type "gaming benchmarks" after it and it should for the most part give you a good estimate what you can play. Obviously there are other factors but it's usually a sure thing.

Only two Guilty Gear games you should be bothering with are X2 and Xrd. The story does not matter at all in fighting games, especially not in Guilty Gear where the story is incredibly bad and stars the developer's self-insert mary-sue.
Now I haven't played it in a few days, but when I did the online for Xrd was fucked. Maybe they've fixed that by now. By comparison, the Steam version of X2 is a disaster and is missing key features that the original PC port of X2 already had.
As for gameplay - Xrd plays it the loosest with inputs that I've ever seen, but X2 is so incredibly fast that it's still not gotten old.
Overall, if you want a GG on Steam grab Xrd, otherwise just play X2 on that one site where people still play Third Strike.
