Escape Plan and EDF4.1 weren't announced, they were only on steamdb. And EDF 4.1 was misspelled on steamdb so is likely never coming.
Also "console exclusive" simply means that it isn't first party and that the pub is keeping their options open, especially since they have all been talked about as PS4 exclusives. When something is on PC/PS4, Sony is very open about it. Not so with NNK2, Ni-Oh, Yakuza, etc.
