Any warhammer fan is used to getting shafted by GW already, what CA is doing is relatively mild in comparison.
Besides, once all the expansions and DLC is out you'll have paid what.. $200 in total maybe? That's still less than a single model army and in the game you can make and create your own shit as much as you want without GW breathing down your neck telling you to be a good goy.

But yeah now that you mention it I remember the fatigue being kinda fucked up. The limitations that armor put on you also seem pretty excessive, at least for me as someone desiring realism.

also i feel the ability tree is trash and i hope it gets a full makeover. lastly, i find getting head shots to be extremely annoying since head armor is as powerfull as body armor and getting a head shot usually means not doing more hp damage since you have been working on the enemys body for several turns. there have been many times that i land head shots and the ememys lives when a body shot would have been a kill
