Run up and shield, you bet he's gonna throw out attacks, throw him off, no limit break=no ledge cancel'd up-b, if you're good, you can meteor smash him, or spike him off the stage. His grabs lead to nothing, so being grabbed isn't the end of the world.
You can also just hop over it, the hitbox is so low to the ground, a well timed shorthop will go right over it, then punish with an aerial, or fast fall and it's up to you.
