I honestly don't see what Konami did wrong. The game reviewed extremely well even without them giving Kojima more time and money, which they already gave him an abundant amount, and anymore investment wouldn't yeild anymore sales, so I'm not really sure why people are so mad at Konami. It will still have the fulton system, the same gameplay but a bit clunkier, new maps that are still empty and it'll be about the actual Big Boss, voiced by David Hayter to get them fan points, building the actual Outer Heaven.
It'll be like TPP but with microtransactions deeply integrated in the gameplay and MGO4 will probably be free to play.
