2) draw distance was reduced to such a low area that it's shameful because it doesn't even cure any of the issues
3) framerate drops are still an issue

The rigid body engine used inside the game scales really well with multiple cores. It's been used in blockbuster movies for example and should be stable enough when implemented right. But these fucktards rushed the game out for Christmas season this is the issue.
