I didn't own a Wii U as of voting time and never owned a Bayonetta game, and I still voted for Bayonetta in Smash because most of the other choices were stupid, already got in if they deserved it or can't rejoin with a different moveset.

You know what? I've been thinking.
I didn't get who I voted for; I don't like any of the DLC characters we got or are getting. But it was nice for a while, even without the payoff I wanted, to have something to get excited about Sm4sh for after the initial buzz wore off. That was nice.
Here's hoping Ballot Time precedes the next game so we get more out of it than one ho-hum character.
