You shouldn't just base which characters you want in the game off of which series you like, and which characters you like. But rather how much they make sense as fighters and what kind of variety they could bring to the roster. Example, I'm not a big fan of the Bayonetta games, yet I still see her potential as a Smash character and I think she could be fun.
