Also adding new shit back doesn't instantly make a game feel complete. Bully Scholarship Edition added some new missions and school activities and I still feel like the game is majorly incomplete.

I'm going to get hate for this but RDR. The first third was full of interesting characters and a decent revenge plot, once I got to Mexico everything felt incomplete and rushed all the way through to the end.
