I love my bita! I am considering a ps4 but other then disgaea 5, im not sure what to get because for ps4/vita games I am almost always getting the vita version and I already have ps3 fr ps3/ps4 games.

The sole fact that the games are made with the Vita in mind as the limiting platform, means that need to conform to the limitations of it. It makes the most sense to me, moreso when the price is $25 more for all the console releases. But yeah, going Vita unless they make the Vita version very poorly, which is usually never an issue for the games I get.

I got EDF 2 and planning on getting cold steel 2 before the year ends. My list for next year is almost the same as yours though, except I'm also getting E&L's LE in january, getting Shantae as well if that comes out before the year's end and I might import Gundam Extreme Vs Force.
