I'd say Arms Devicer.
It has perfect lenght and even some replayability with different routes which is a very nice bonus.
Also the way stuff advances for example

Nah man, most games have tons of garbage dungeons, worst ones have invisible enemies you can't avoid or really hard boss fights which require you to grind for hours.
This was a nice change of pace, even though I do also prefer the ones which have battle porn like Fallen Empire or ソナビア-SonabiA-

Creature Hunter & the other Arumero Soft Battle Rape games have been my best HRPG experiences to date thus far. I kinda wish we got more of that then CG focused ordeals and events myself, but those kind of games need little effort to get made while the Battle Rapes require rather good knowledge of how RPG Maker works to get them working correctly.

Context makes it far more enjoyable though. But yeah, beyond them, there's like that Malice and Machine thing that's still only a few fights at best, and other demos about, but rarely any finished game, including as a core mechanic. That shit's hard to implement correctly.
