SC2: LotV was made by the interns of the B team at Blizzard anon, it really showed that the RTS genre is fucking dead. Half the new features are extremely poorly implemented (co-op for example is ridiculously unbalanced, has but a handful of maps and has some pretty broken shit) it's also the first time the actual campaign missions frequently bug out (attack waves not moving from their spawn point) and the actual level design is ridiculously lazy (enemy waves just get spawned into the map rather than being built at structures)
The multiplayer doesn't fare much better, the worst elements of the previous iterations (instant-army-wipe units with little to no counter such as keydaryn amulet high templar, old infestors, widowmines) now made it back in full swing with the protoss getting the disruptor unit.

Always hated that game. Same with the original SC. It's one of those games where you stick to a meta and win if you can click faster than the enemy.
They can't
Supcom was so good that it perfected its genre in a way that killed the genre. No other game will ever come even close to the brilliance that was supcom so nobody bothers to try.
