They're pretty reliable and I've always gotten my packages fairly quick even with the slowest shipping. Longest I've ever had to wait was maybe two and a half weeks and that's because it was around the holiday season. Customer service always responds within 24 business hours as well for the few times I did have concerns.
They're admittedly a bit more expensive than some other places, but they're always been my go to import site due to how reliable they always are when I order from them. Plus they usually package near little extras with your orders like small magazines/stickers/coupons. I even got a poster from them once.
