ITT: Bosses near the end or at the end of the game that are easily beatable by an exploit.

What exploit was that? I don't remember any way to cheese him. was it using the spindash?
>>320199391
Ah I see it. 20 minutes in. That's pretty clever. I never did try something like that.

When he does his normal dash across the screen you can charge a spin dash where he turns around and stops. His spines never touch you, and you keep hitting him while he's standing there.
>>320199529
You spin dash as he is lowering down at the start, right at his feet.
You do like four hits of damage and then dash off to the other side. As he stands up on the other side, do a small jump and hit his front. Then, as he is sliding back and forth, just spin dash where his feet will be when he stops and that's 9 damage.
Boom, a hard boss killed easy. Literally makes him easier then the first boss.
He's not that hard, even without the exploit.
Why is B0re so stupidly powerful? Was this skill even tested at all?
No skill should allow you to take out a large difficult boss in one shot.
>>320199764
Ya I remember learning it from a speed runner too. I would do the little thing with jumping on his front and all that but it is to risky.
All right, time for the first boss in the game, and it's fucking Death!
Oh, look, he left the door open.

ew what's wrong with that screenshot

Super Mario Bros 3 NES Bowser

>a hard boss
Maybe if you're 6. His pattern was so simple, you don't even need the stupid spindash.
>>320199391
>>320201190
Except when you first play, you don't know the pattern. You don't expect him to jump at this certain time, let alone shoot spikes everywhere.
By the time you are good at it, you already know the exploit, so instead of wasting your time waiting for him to do all this shit with the chance of a fuck up, you just get it over with.
>>320199391
Just stand under him, press up and do the flip kick. You're invincible for the entire duration, including the amount of time it takes for you to land and preform the kick again.
And then they fixed in Director's Cut while adding a bunch of "alternate bossfight" shit that's either pointless or worthless
Just leaving the fight the way it was and letting people punch him would've been fine
How was Dark Link not the first post
>>320199391
>that one attack where he spins at you while launching a projectile at you in the air.
Only hard attack he just needs to be killed fast so he doesn't use it.

Demon's Souls. Poisoning the False King.
>>320203289
You could shoot him to death if you never take a step after entering his area.
Basically every single game with a speedrun will have bosses that you can cheese in some way via AI manip / exploiting.
>>320201991
I did the takedown by accident and I laughed so hard I nearly passed out. The second boss bugged for me too- halfway into it she just stood still and stopped moving completely. I walked up to her an unloaded all my rounds point blank.
>>320199391
I personally never learned to parry, but I hear it's all the rage.
Vamp from MGS2 is super easy with the Nikita. You just lye down by the door in the upper right hand corner, opposite from where you entered, and fire away. He'll jump out of the water and start walking towards you and that's when you hit him.

What game
>>320199391
I learned about that from my tips/cheat VHS tape.

Pulseman, for the Genesis.

Because it's not an exploit but intended method of beating him.
You can kill manus before his bossfight in the end of Dark Souls DLC. Also, you can easily kill Gwyn, the last boss in the game, with timed parries.
