It's minimum three playthrough since you have to be on specific difficulties for some battle trophies, but four makes it a lot easier.

That's not really part of the completion tough since it doesn't get recorded and doesn't unlock anything
Plus you can easily keep a savefile near the end of the game and slightly affect the value to see every endings in two playthrough

The music is mostly mediocre except for the occasional Valkyrie Profile remix and whatnot.
I can't really think of a game where the music is 'terrifying', unless it's intentionally so (i.e.a horror game).

SO3 was the last one I could tolerate, I couldn't finish 4.
