Syndicate is..fine. It's definetely not good, but it works. The ziplining is fun and done better than I expected and the setting is great (personally I love victorian England). Some of the missions are genuienely fun (Dickens ones specifically). It's a solid 6.5/10 game. Even the PC port is okay, except for the 30fps physics.

Syndicate has been the best one since 2.
Better than 4 aswell. The setting is great and it all fits in together, loads of dynamic events like train robberies and cargo hijacking. Not to mention London street racing, collectibles and street events. There is so much to do. Characters are likeable and funny. I'd give it a solid 9/10
My only gripe is that there was no AF option in the game so I had to enable it in Nvidia control panel. But running it with AF on custom settings getting around 50-60 fps

I remember being rather excited getting a look at the gameplay and the setting of the first couple of games, and than just being disappointed as fuck with the mechanics. My sister gave be AC3 and I didn't even get my hopes up for that. Again, shit mechanics. It's a real shame because they're so close to pulling off an amazing game series with the setting and story.
