I've finally become a wageslave and am working 10 hours a day. I now find it impossible to sit down and play vidya for over 30 minutes a day and I haven't been able to play any decent-length game ever since.
What are some good games that I could enjoy with only 30 minutes of playtime a day? I was thinking maybe a multiplayer game like League of Legends but not as shitty.

Roguelikes in general are pretty pick up and play. Try Brogue, Dungeon Crawl:Stone Soup, or IVAN. If you're looking for something more recent Crypt of the Necrodancer is fun.

I find myself in exactly the same situation, OP.
I just play over the weekends, and I play shorter games, so I feel like I've actually done something, as opposed to a huge 50+ hour grindfest where I can spend 6 hours grinding and feel like I've accomplished nothing.
This past weekend, I played Tales from the Borderlands in more or less one sitting. It was fucking great.
During the week, I'll play hour-long bouts of Monster Hunter, which is basically tailor made for this kind of short burst gaming

Although I work like 8 or 9 hr days and feel so much more free than I did at uni. The getting home and having so much free time is so nice. Cooking can get in the way, but I use that time to watch tv shows while cooking anyways.
