the 3DS remake makes everything too bright and cheerful for me to consider a straight upgrade, I dig the medieval atmosphere, as opposed to the new fairy tale atmosphere, but I enjoyed the new one too
I've played through OoT like 6 times, one of which was on the 3DS version (and once through Master Quest), I don't know if I'll ever replay OoT, and if I did, I don't know which version I would replay

every other relase is just a port of the N64 version with the same resolution and framerate problems (though the first version of the game had muslim chants for the Fire Temple soundtrack, the second version had that removed, then newer versions and ports had the muslim moon/star symbol removed, all these are very minor changes and can be completely ignored imo)

Really all the Wii U version does is remove a lot of extraneous time-wasters such as playing a song whenever you need to change directions, and going over the ocean faster. This removes some of the padding, but also has the effect of making the enemies on the ocean completely pointless now and also showing off how truly little there is in the game.
You'd have to be an absolute idiot to trust or support Nintendo after the WiiU.
The console is dead after a 2-3 year life cycle, when it didn't sell as much as expected they dropped it like an anchor. Now they've resorted to selling amiibos because the console has 6 games worth investing in.
I'm not falling for ninty's tactics again. Unless there's finally a console main series Pokemon game I won't give two fucks about the NX.
