Eh that's only made complicated due to dosbox and the way the gog/steam releases are set up. To set up keys mouse etc you just need setup.exe. Midi used to play automatically when blood cd wasnt in but obviously dosbox config changed that. The real problem y is that the game has no source port due to unreleased source code
