what does /v/ think of Wolfenstein The New Order?
I played it when it first released but I must of plaed it drunk because I don't remember it all that well. I started replaying it today, it's fun but these dumb "kill the commander without being seen or he sets off an alarm" is so dumb. It feels like it's just that over and over. I'm playing it on hard and those damn orange shotgun guys are so opI know, git gud
other than that pretty great though
best FPS since F.E.A.R
not as good as F.E.A.R or some before thoughstop giving a shit about stealth, just run in guns blazing and fuck some faces up
Most fun I've had with a shooter in years. Accidentally saved myself into a corner with 4hp and spent a decent amount of time battling my way out, shit was glorious. Health-regen peekaboo shooters just can't compare.

You can't save their mental state, anon. If you save Fergus, he's depressed because he's old and you should've saved the young kid who had his life ahead of him. If you save Wyatt, he's depressed because he can't support the resistance as well as Fergus could, so he feels completely useless.

I enjoyed the characters, personally. It was a unique cast of different people without feeling like it was pandering to anyone. I also enjoy the fact that it doesn't take itself seriously at all.
