Handheld games you can play under your blanket in your bed, so that you can stay warm and recover while playing. Also the game shouldn't be very hard as concentrating very well can be uncomfortable when having a fewer.
Personally I enjoy SRPGs and RPGs a lot but as long as it's not fast paced action games or anything else that'll strain your brain you should be fine.
