Did you not hear this story? It's actually really interesting, since it's a pretty good example on how corrupt the Nintendo 'fan' sites are, and how they'll grasp at straws to try and make Nintendo look bad.
Tamaki is a content producer at Unseen64, a channel dedicated to uncovering information about unreleased games. Some time he July he released a three minute long video stating that Nintendo of America was NOT publishing Devil's Third in America, due to quality concerns from the Treehouse.
At the time, people following the game were interested in the status of the game, since Nintendo didn't mention it at all at E3 and immediately latched onto the story as being credible information.
However, fans of the game got in touch with Itagaki on facebook, who almost confirmed that no, the rumors were false and that the game was preparing for release, as planned. Tamaki, being a whiny little bitch, actually came onto facebook and started acting smug, which led to a hilarious exchange where Itagaki basically called him a faggot and sent him running with his tail in between his legs. Some time after that, Nintendo announced on twitter that new information about the game would be releasing shortly.
Tamaki, however, was not giving up. His new story was that Nintendo had changed their minds due to fan backlash, and that it was all an elaborate conspiracy to make him look bad. He's done this before, with other leaks, but this time people were interested enough to think about it critically.
And then the bullshit started. You may be familiar with Emily Rogers, that tumblr bitch who hates Star Fox and thinks everything Nintendo does is wrong. Well, she came out backing up Tamaki, claiming that Nintendo was in a partnership with Xseed to release the game. Of course, she's popular with Nintendo fansites, so of COURSE it has to be true, right?

It's not terrible, but it's certainly not good. It's a pretty bare-bones action game cobbled together from the most mediocre parts of a bunch of other action games. The plot is boring, the characters are boring, and outside of the goofy homing jump attack Ivan has, the combat's pretty boring too.
I can't really recommend it to anyone, and I'm not surprised but how little fanfare this game received from Nintendo.
