My favourite thing in Prototype 1 was that when you brought up the powers wheel, it would reduce everything in the game to extreme slo-mo for a few seconds, so when I was doing cool shit like about to land an elbow drop on a tank or whatever I would bring up the powers wheel just before the hit so I could have that second of oooooooooOOOOOOHHH build

Going back to a heavily declining dantooine in kotor 2 was kind of an experience.

When i played the first one i only killed like 2 civilians and that was because he doesn't put them down if you grab them. When i played the second, one of the first new moves you learn kills everything in the area and you are forced to use it against tanks. Then the dude goes into a cutscene complaining about people being rounded up.

This, Prototype does a far better job of making you feel superhuman. When you get used to your powers and get a proper feel for the controls you feel almost unstoppable, and in-game it takes tanks and legions of soldiers to even make you think twice
In inFamous you are still 100% capable of dying to a handful of grunts at any given time, even when you've unlocked and upgraded everything. You never feel powerful except when you do the big lightning call super moves or whatever
