Yeah not sure how to fix that. Maybe add a p-switch to force you to wait the right amount of time? Or just make it easier with two skulls or something. I just liked the way it made you fall right on to the boss platform.

Just beat it. I enjoy the madcap hectic feel of it, but you could probably achieve the same thing without it being as much of a clusterfuck.

Level where you need to stay ahead of the tracks as they detonate the floor behind you. Gets faster in stages.
Anyone here in the middle of making a level currently? I'm doing one where you infiltrate a house of Thwomps and have to avoid setting them off in a variety of gimmick ways, pic related.

Beat it. Fun but somewhat cluttered. Not sure if abuse with door and fireflower is intended but you can go in and out of them and just detonate the bombs with it. I did it legit way though :^)

Yeah but I am using all 3 Bowsers right now. If I used a check point the constand flames would go away. I could put it very close to the boss and it would barely matter (as the off-screen flames stops near end) but wouldn't a checkpoint right before the boss have a weird feel to it?
I realize the lvl is a bit to hard though. Started making it as a offscreen flame test.
Difficulty aside is itfun?

I fixed a problem with a secret room and reuploaded this course, so the ID has changed. I'll probably take down the broken version before too long. Thanks to everyone who played through it the first time.
If you haven't tried it, it feels more like Metroid than Mario. It has four pseudo-checkpoints early and two real checkpoints later. There are lots of optional secrets, and the ending is very flashy.
You might also like the first course in the series. It's a little harder, but it's also a little shorter.

Pretty fun. Should probably remove the helmet though. You can knock off the part 2 and 3 things off and then the rest is a cakewalk.

There's a trap spot a few screens after the checkpoint. If you jump by the door at the top of the screen, you get stuck on top of the semi-solid background.
Bit Crusade is the series that I've been working on in Mario Maker in an attempt to add classic Mario platforming levels in course world. My take on a classic 1-1 to 8-4, with world theming, secrets, unique bosses, special worlds and the like.
A basic summary is enclosed in the image, as well as the starting point.
Feedback is encouraged but not necessary, I just want people to enjoy what they play.
