Got Emi's good end first. I'm always surprised that more people don't go down the Emi path first, because it seems like the natural progression if you're just logically trying to be a good person and make the best of your situation (since the major determinant is if you choose to put effort into the running).
It was... painful, because the major conflict with her (she loves to have sex with you but can't commit to a relationship because she has trust issues and is afraid you'll leave her) is exactly what happened in my first (and only) IRL relationship exceptI didn't get the good ending in the real life relationship.
Then I went for Rin, got one of her bad endings first because I got angry at her, then brute-forced my way into her good ending and still felt unfulfilled. I honestly just hated Rin more than anything else.
Went to Shizune next but I found that I was just bored the whole time. Her sex scenes were GOAT though.
Then I stopped playing the game for a while.
Eventually came back and went a little down Lilly's route, but I got bored around the time of the bath scene and stopped. Never even tried Hanako, wasn't interested in her at all desu.

In order to get locked onto Emi you have to make two choices:
1. Listen to your doctor about your near-fatal heart condition.
2. Don't be a pussy.
I think the other girls all required more than two choices, so it's pretty easy to get her route accidentally.
