The phones, in particular, are...okay if you're not really good with technology and don't really care about customizing and just want it to function on a basic level. But otherwise, they're closed source pieces of shit and the company is awful.

I prefer Android because iPhones feel like they're babying you with how restrictive they are.
Also all my friends use them so if I forget my charger I can use theirs. iPhones don't use a standardized charger because Apple.
That's the same issue every Apple product has. You pay a lot more for worse hardware that can't do as much and isn't user friendly for anyone past an intermediate user.
