SSDs nowadays don't reach their limited R/W, you can literaly write 50GiB a day and it would last over 10 yeras.
Samsung and Intel ones are very reliable nowadays, I myself have the 840EVO in my desktop and a 850PRO in my laptop.
They also have at least 5 years warranty, so even if they fuck up, you get a new one, and if the store where you bought it is decent, they renew the warranty.
