I did, now I'm waiting for a few more updates to roll in before I do another playthrough.

Singleplayer, of course. With massively tweaked rates. It's not a game if you have to wait 16 hours for berries to grow.

Pretty much this. And the problem is always end game with survival simulators.

There's eventually an end game where you have access to the best available things, or can craft anything, etc., and it just gets kinda pointless to continue. Even with friends.
