Why care when most pc games go cheap?
As much as piracy is questionable, it isn't as questionable as selling copies of digital content, and complaining about piracy because people can copy it themselves, when you're responsible in the first place of having devaluated your creations by having digitized them. Which in turns, makes paying for a copy you could get for free even more questionable.
No one pirates concerts, theatre plays, operas, street artists nor tour guides. A whole world of live performances exists outside of our computers, and that world has no reason to complain. So maybe the companies grasping to that outdated business model could try to sell something that is worth something, because right now, they're selling sand in the middle of a fucking desert where everyone has a bucket and a shovel.
