I'm looming for recommendations on decent games for a decent price. Looking between 20-40. I'm not opposed to shelling out 60 for something newer, but I'm unsure of what to grab.
I own Witcher 3, Destiny, GTA V, FO 4 (buyers remorse right there), Diablo 3, Handsome Collection, Terraria, Titanfall

I only own the Master Chief Collection, and I haven't touched it in a year. I did buy Halo 5, but I thought it sucked, so I traded it in for the Xenoblade/Wii U bundle.

Well I would recommend BF4 Premium but you said you don't want any of the gold deals. Ori maybe? RotTR is pretty good but you probably shouldn't buy it just yet, still a bit pricey. Smite is good and something which will est up plenty of your time, plus its free and the microtransactions don't really affect the gameplay.

Pretty much anything. I know that sounds pretty vague, but I can get into any genre if the game is good enough. I generally steer away from games that rely on the gimmick of the genre to be entertaining.
I enjoy a good story, and when one is lacking I tend to like game anyway if it has either nice visuals (like Sunset Overdrive which was also mentioned) or git gud factors/nteresting mechanics.

I just looked it up and it still retails for $60 new, so I say so. The best thing about that edition is getting a horse at the start (which I didn't have). I enjoy the game. Keep in mind I love TES and hate MMOs. So it might not be a good MMO if that is what you are looking for.

I've hated Inafune for years, and I know him for the scam artist he is. However he is also responsible for some great concepts for some of my favorite series. Dead Rising, and Lost Planet will always remind me that the guy has potential. 2. The story with the redone cutscenes are amazing, and the gameplay is significantly better over the first game. The 3rd game also improves the gameplay even more over the 2nd. The 4th has the best story, and I would say gameplaypolarizing opinion I know., but you really should start with an earlier entry.
