It's good but I have no idea why people were hyping this up as a GOTY contender.
I wish /v/ would stop talking about it. I have so many games to play and not much money to buy new ones anyway, but I'm so tempted to go out and get X.

i mean the combat itself isn't that great like slightly above WoW tier. Some of the quests are hard to finish because of shitty RNG drops and unexplained locations for those drops...

Just feels a bit weird not using my own arts at all anymore. Would it be better to have all party memebers in skells and you on foot ?

8/10 but combat really takes getting used to.

My only problems are with how the story is presented (With Elma and Lin doing 90% of the talking for the party and the rest of the party members being essentially silent), and the fact that the pacing of the story is ocasionally interrupted by big level gaps.
Loving the world design, class system and skells.
Ambivalent about most of the soundtrack.
