The thing is, instead of having a rather huge and detailed world with overall simpler graphics, which was the case with Morrowind, they'd rather splooge it all on GRAFIX and have cities be made of a couple houses and a dozen npcs and have an overall more sterile world, which was the case with Skyrim. Since they wish to keep the games with a "high" graphical standard, they would benefit artistically having the games being developed mainly for PC, but because they want that mad console cash, they keep "upgrading" the visual quality of the games so to give normalfags the illusion of improvement, all while downgrading everything else in the games' worlds.
