i was forced to take a year of band, and i played the flute. i did this because it was quiet enough that nobody would hear if i fucked up. what it actually amounted to, though, was that i never actually played a note, i just went through the physical motions of it. nobody ever found out.

I think my idea would be like an RTS/Simulator type game.
Basically you would play as the band director and have limited funds to work with to manage your band. Hiring staff, what marching technique to use, what program you want to produce, etc. Goal is win the state championships.
