THESE PHANTOM STUDIOS LITERALLY EXIST, THEY CAN BE HIRED TO DEVELOP GAMES AND WILL TAKE NO CREDIT. One Phantom Studio called TOSE developed Metal Gear Ghost Babel and Pooyan. There were a few side ops in Peace Walker based off Pooyan (where you have shoot the rising fulton balloons). The Fox Engine has been described to allow people to make levels piss easy, literally drag and dropping.
The Phantom Pain was outsourced to this phantom studio while Kojima and crew made the REAL MGS5. Kojima has said himself "MGSV is not MGS5", "everything you know is a lie". Check out the 2013 red band trailer again. What the fuck was Kojima doing for two years? The game was fucking finished.

Hell, even if by some mystical voodoo incantation it does come to pass, will it somehow magically fix all of the problems with MGSV? Will it make Motherbase interesting? Will it make the story a rich, engrossing narrative with a deep, complex protagonist? Will it fix how insanely easy the game is even when intentionally gimping yourself with shit equipment? No. Kojima and Konami fucked up. It's another AAA disappointment to add to the pile. Move on.
