Kind of. It doesn't really have that feeling you get from playing a traditional "travel between towns, meet new people, witness character development, kill the ancient evil" kind of game, it definitely feels more like an open world game, largely because it is one. Also the combat seems really slow to me, I can't enjoy the game at all unless I play assassin, and even that's boring most of the time. Also the framerate is not helping that game at all. That game should've been released on PC from the start. I don't really consider it to be a good action game, although technically it's better than most.
