I've been playing 4.1 all day and have only noticed one instance of a slowdown which was really, really mild.
The game runs really smooth and there's actually more enemies on screen at once than 2025. I have "screen shake" and "camera effects" off though, which improved the framerate greatly in 2025. Not sure if it does anything in 4.1 but I find the shake annoying regardless.
