Heroes is comfy fun. The story is shallow and silly, but still smells like Dragon Quest, and seeing old favorite characters in HD action, voiced, is great.

For the DQ Nostalgia, yes. if you want a Musou game, better play something else.

Haven't played 6 and onward yet. DQ2 was really memorable to me for some reason, liked the music and the protagonists a lot. 4 I found really underwhelming after 3, but still a decent game.
How do i make the HUD smaller in Heroes, it's like 1/4 the size of my screen overall, even just reducing the mini-map size would be nice

You tear your hair out playing it, then feel accomplished when you finish it. Its difficulty done right.
The backstory for Moonbrooke is also one of the best parts of the series.

DQVIII came to my life at the perfect time. I used to play it almost yearly but significantly less nowadays.
My least favorite is IX. It's a very good game regardless.
DQH is fun, but even as a fan of IV, V, and VIII it's not worth 60 dollars.
Never got too into them but there was one on the ps2 i oved.. dont know which number it was . i think its title was journy of a cursed king, if i liked this one which other ones would i like?
