Should I install this? Despite DRM on top of DRM, I liked 3 and the neon 80s version. I bought 1 and 2 on gog but have yet to check em out.

It's the best Far Cry game desu, like OP said it has some flaws but it's a best open world adventure game and the best game set in Africa
It had a certain charm that was missing from later FC games
There's no reason not to play it if you already have it.

This actually has a really good story and the main assassinations were pretty fun too, too bad about everything else. Also Altair is way more badass than Ezio.

it can get repetitive, outposts dont stay captured, they respawn enemies after you go away so you always have to deal with them every time you pass by. or you can just speed on buy and hope they dont follow you but they usually do

Empire Total War. It's blatantly unfinished (Switzerland just flat out isnt there, for example) and from what I've heard it was buggy as hell on release. But I still put 500 hours into it, a significant part of which is without mods.
