Not really, higher difficulties have better drop rates for even bigger weapons so your health and weapons end up scaling. There's always the random chance of picking up a top tier weapon very early in your campaign. I think it makes it even more fun that there's more classes now.

Arcsys just confirmed that guilty gear xrd(which the leak included) is coming over along with a bunch of other games. The leak also talks about the Ty games which are eventually getting ported to pc as well, so I think there's a good chance 4.1 pc is legit.
