Hey /v/, I wanted to ask your opinions on which game to buy. Since it's almost xmas and I gotta spend money on presents for family members, I can only afford one of the two at the moment. Both seem fun, both seem to have a small amount of content and both have little to no single player.

/v/ has been shitting on Star Wars but it's pretty fun. It's casual but not so much that it doesn't still require skill to be good. And there are enough game modes to keep mixing things up.

There are only 4 planets but each planet has various maps depending on the game mode. There could be more but I haven't really been annoyed by it.

Get Battlefront if you have no friends and have problem speaking through the mic to communicate

I got the rainbow six beta with 2 friends and they didn't like it, I've met loads of randoms that communicate and in the end just played the beta with them and it was shitloads of fun.
Can afford to buy it till after Xmas but I'd recommend that hands down. I know 4 guys where I work who have battlefront who are normies and even they got bored of battlefront.

Seige only has 2 game modes technically speaking since half of them devolve into a deathmatch.
There are 8~ maps in Siege I think? We're also getting at least a year of free updates for it to total something like 8 maps and 8 new classes.

All maps are completely different and require different strategies.
For example, the airplane is a CQC fest of bullshit whereas the Bank is a huge map full of killzones that requires proper sweeping and clearing.
