It's supposed to be a game centered around the Harlem mob from the 70's. Which isn't such a bad idea in and of itself, but why they had to attach it to the Mafia brand is beyond me. It just screams to me that the devs aren't confident enough in a game with a black lead so they had to slap on a title for a previously successful game to make it work.
