Go with SWAT4 if you havent played it to death yet, be sure to get the expansion and I also recommend getting sheriff's special forces mod for some good rebalancing.

I had fun with NWN. Also this little spaceship bridge simulator called Artemis. Any sort of UT or Quake, or go back and play DoomII if you can handle your pizels.
