There are several games where you can play an elf, but it's not a real focus.
Morrowind has the best unusual elves, just play a dark elf and integrate into their society. I remember the first Sacred, where you basically had three classes as high, wood and dark elf. In hunted: the demon forge, you can either play the barbarian guy or the elf archer, better get a friend, co-op is more fun. Dragon's Crown has the cutest elf. Dragon's Dogma has a great character editor and a lot of people made elves.
There are also several strategy games with elves, if you are into this kind of thing.

Any bow above 25 pounds requires straight arms and your body to have ~90° angle in relation to where you are aiming, and I hardly doubt she would be carrying around a bow any weaker than 25 pounds especially when its 3/4 of her own lengths
