Yeah, you have to do tons of complicated stuff to get there.
-Obtain Ankh
-Kill yourself on a certain level with a blue statue with Ankh symbol on forehead in ice caves
-Get to temple
-Kill Anubis
-Find gold door
-Itll be a new map called city of gold, find a creepy book with a face
-Grab it and gtfo there'll be a mini boss
-Go along floor in Olmecs room until book starts moving its face
-Make Olmec sink there
-Enter the secret door while riding Olmec down
I love this game. I even considered getting a vita just for portable Spelunking.

How long did you guys play spelunky before actually beating Olmec? I remember playing the pixel version and taking a year of getting good before finally getting through him.
