What hurts is how melia never has an arc to rebound from it. Even when shulk is in a coma she's struggling trying not to kiss him right there, and by the end of the game melia's just standing on that cliff wondering what went wrong.

It didn't even end at friendzoning, the entire plot, writers, world, etc decided to make Melia the joke of their universe.

Apparently there was a side novel that dealt with some High Entia Restoration pod or something that was supposed to be included in the game but was left out due to lack of time or something. Fiora supposedly hibernated in it for a few months and it regenerated her body back.

you can tell when shulk says "STREEEEAM EDGE!" it sound like he's wingind up and unleashing an attack, when elma says "Stream edge." it just sounds like she's voice acting.

The original brit dub had some misses like Fiora's Final Cross (especially when you compare it to the japanese dub). That said, Shulk's voice actor delivered some pretty good authentic moments like whenever he was screaming in pain
