A huge backlog of older games that are available really cheap now.
Emulators for older consoles.
I don't think you should give up consoles, but there are good reasons to branch out into PC gaming on top of console gaming.

To be fair it wins in terms of sheer quantity, there have probably been 8000 PC exclusive games released this year however literally 0% of them are worth playing, especially if you compare the quality of the games to something like Bloodborne, not a single one will come close.
