Because females are destined to be overall casuals. That's why men dominate fields like sports, science, culinary, acting, etc. Females tend to be decent/good at a lot of things, but not great in many.
For example, I met a girl at a party who could destroy me without a thought in puzzle games but was piss easy to beat in fighting games, platformers, and probably at every other genre of game we play.
Women can't really do anything too well. They don't really want to either. They prefer to just find a guy who's good at something and suck his dick to make him date her so she can get the benefits of being good at something without actually doing that thing herself.

The hard truth is what others have already said, girls just ARE bad at video games inherently.
But to elaborate instead of just going "because I say so", girls are bad at video games because video games at their core is about competition, and girls don't have the instincts we do in that field. Through millions of years of mammal evolution, males have been competing with eachother over females. Competition drives us, it's at the very core of our natural behaviour, whilst for girls it will never work that way. Girls would rather spend their time socializing and taking care of children because that's THEIR instinctive role in the animal world.
